Product Support Team Lead

Berg Propulsion Production AB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Manager to lead our Product Support team. This key position will be responsible for driving growth through exceptional customer support and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead and develop the Sales Support team, ensuring successful delivery of after-sales services.
  • Monitor operational and project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
  • Continuously improve operation and processes required to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
