The Strategy and Planning team helps our Sales organization grow faster by analyzing business rules, piloting new sales roles, and optimizing the sales process.

About the Role
  • Drive analytical rhythm in our business through quarterly reviews and org deep dives.
  • Partner with Senior Sales leaders to analyze market and segment insights.
  • Become an expert in business and compensation rules to understand how Sales operates.
  • Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test sales roles and comp plans.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus.
  • 5+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics.
  • Effective communicator who can break down complex concepts into simple vernacular.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and manipulate data.
  • You are a spreadsheet wizard with experience in major business intelligence tools.
