Your Role's Importance

As the Demand Generation Manager, your contributions will be vital to Jobylon's success by developing and refining our demand generation strategies, encompassing everything from planning to content creation and lead nurturing campaigns. Our ambition is to establish ourselves as the leading thought leader in the Nordics, making this an opportune moment for you to embark on a transformative journey with us.

You will be part of a robust sales and marketing team, supported by a dedicated in-house group of B2B marketers, content strategists, acquisition specialists, event coordinators, and designers. In this position, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to deliver valuable content that educates and inspires our audience, driving thought leadership and generating demand through standard B2B content formats. Additionally, you will develop and implement innovative campaigns to engage our enterprise target accounts and facilitate high-value transactions through meticulously planned account-based marketing strategies.

Daily Activities Include:

  • Crafting and executing multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing strategies to attract quality, high-intent inbound leads.
  • Coordinating with content creators to manage and implement campaign materials, including web pages, email marketing, social media, and offline channels.
  • Formulating and executing multi-channel content distribution plans, utilizing content pillars, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing concepts.
  • Ensuring campaigns, landing pages, and other relevant channels are effectively set up, executed, and optimized.
  • Organizing activities such as webinars and assisting with research, presentation, and content development.
  • Identifying and executing co-marketing initiatives with existing and prospective partners that align with your objectives.
  • Collaborating with partner agencies, such as growth and SEO specialists, to enhance the visibility of our generated content.
  • Utilizing relevant technologies to optimize lead nurturing processes, campaigns, and website experiences.
  • Analyzing and reporting on lead generation performance while providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, you should be an experienced, tech-savvy B2B marketer with a history of collaboration with commercial and creative teams. You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working both strategically and hands-on, managing tools like Hubspot, automated workflows, and landing page creation. With a robust commercial mindset, you can effectively deliver, analyze, and report on campaign performance. You are a true team player, yet self-motivated and accustomed to working independently.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant marketing experience in demand generation, account-based marketing, marketing automation, and/or digital marketing in a B2B context.
  • Strong background in content distribution, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of lead generation and nurturing processes, along with experience in reporting on lead generation performance.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software, particularly Hubspot.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing best practices and trends.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
