Demand Generation Manager

Jobylon is seeking a creative and ambitious Demand Generation Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing strategies to drive quality and high-intent inbound leads.
- Request, manage, and implement content for campaigns from content creators, including web pages, email marketing, social media, and offline channels.
- Develop and perform multi-channel content distribution plans, preferably using content pillar, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing concepts.
- Ensure campaigns, landing pages, and other relevant channels are properly set up, implemented, and optimized.
- Perform activities such as webinars and assist in researching and conducting presentations and content.
- Identify and perform co-marketing initiatives with current and potential partners that support your objectives.
- Work together with our partner agencies, e.g., growth and SEO, to create and maintain high visibility of our generated content.
- Leverage relevant technologies to optimize lead nurturing processes, campaigns, and website experiences.
- Analyze and report on lead generation performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience in demand generation, account-based marketing, marketing automation, and/or digital marketing in a B2B setting.
- Strong experience in distributing content, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Excellent understanding of lead generation and lead nurture processes as well as reporting on lead generation performance.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software, such as Hubspot.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns.
Sweden or remote within Europe.
