As a Software Sales Professional at Pegasystems, you will play a key role in shaping the future of business process automation. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Account Executive, Public Sector.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for developing trusted advisor relationships with multiple stakeholders across client organizations, leveraging industry and product knowledge to share insights about how clients can maximize license to drive business benefits. Your goal will be to penetrate new organizations/accounts and radiate new business within existing customer bases in assigned portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and identify opportunities to drive growth through business process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure long-term success.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
- 10+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience, preferably in the public sector.
- Knowledge and experience of selling into the public sector, with a proven track record of quota achievement.
- A solid foundation in account management, radiation, and pipelining.
- Technical currentness in business automation, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients.
