Job Description

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the existing customer portfolio for Zalaris' Swedish customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers to gain a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategy.
  • Drive and measure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to quotation work for existing and new customers.

You will work strategically with customers at different levels and secure delivery services from sales to operation. You will also build and maintain a network of customer contacts and partners in the region.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally Master's degree, in business economics or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in BPO, BPM, or outsourced customer contact businesses.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and accounts within medium and large-sized customers.
