**Job Description**

We are now looking for a Legal Counsel with a commercial law focus to expand and strengthen our dynamic team. The legal counsels at SAS are responsible for providing legal expertise in projects and matters across the entire SAS Group.

The role primarily includes handling commercial agreements with suppliers, agents, and partners. In addition to contract law, the work may include advising on areas such as IT law, regulatory matters, marketing law, passenger and consumer rights, data protection issues, and providing internal training.

The department overall also handles competition law, leasing and finance law, and corporate law. The work is international and involves many external contacts.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will provide timely, accurate, and business-oriented legal assessments and advice (advising, negotiating, drafting legal documents) in many different areas of law.

Your day-to-day work will involve handling commercial contracts independently, maintaining a pragmatic and business-oriented approach while ensuring high-quality legal advice.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have a Swedish law degree and a minimum of three years of experience in qualified legal work from a company and/or law firm.

You should be comfortable with drafting and negotiating commercial contracts independently, have a service-oriented attitude, and prioritize time and resources effectively.

Additionally, you should be outgoing, unpretentious, and enjoy working both independently and in collaborative projects.
