Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in an industrial environment with engineered fluids involving base oils, additives, and lubricants targeting different end uses in industrial applications.
- Good knowledge of base oil and lubricant manufacturing, applications, and markets, including lubricant formulation.
- Experience from product development, upscaling, and commercialization of base oils, additives, and finished lubricants.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
