Customer Journey Manager

Lowell Financial Ltd seeks a highly skilled Customer Journey Manager to join our Nordic Customer Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customer communication strategies that enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute customer communication plans that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of customer communication strategies.
* Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and communication improvements.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and delivery of customer communication goals.

**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or service development, communications, marketing, sociology, or comparable fields.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Swedish, with a keen interest in crafting compelling messaging and making complex concepts simple.
* Ability to plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions, or similar events.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Background in copywriting or content creation.
* Familiarity with customer journeys, service design, design thinking, communication, or marketing principles.
* Leadership experience or ability to lead projects and teams.
* Relevant studies or certifications.
