Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research new business opportunities.
  2. Generate leads through different channels.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads with corporate gifting, independent retailers, agents, and jewellery accounts.
  4. Collaborate with the senior sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  5. Understand client needs and provide customized gifting solutions.
  6. Drive conversions and meet monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  7. Manage relationships from initial contact to post-sale, ensuring client satisfaction.
  8. Address client inquiries promptly and efficiently and foster long-term partnerships through exceptional service.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  1. Driven with strong relationship-building skills.
  2. Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Prior experience in sales, particularly in B2B or corporate sectors, is a plus but not mandatory.
  4. Motivated to work against sales targets and with a commission-based salary.
  5. EU-Citizen
