Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders for all customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Execute all invoicing in a precise and efficient manner, including electronic invoicing.
  • Handle customer complaints and perform investigations, inform customers, and issue required credit/debit notes.
  • Manage returns and maintain daily contact with company-approved couriers.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to provide alternative solutions for out-of-stock products.
  • Maintain customer master data, prices, and material master data.
  • Produce relevant paperwork, such as packing lists and proforma invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Quality and Sales Teams.
  • Support Sales Team during consignment and warehouse count.
  • Responsible for local warehouse activities, including emergency stock handling.
Requirements
  • Upper secondary diploma/High school degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in the medical device sector.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
  • Expertise knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive reaction to working in a deadline environment.
