What You'll Do

As a Customer Contact, you will be responsible for developing our business in this role. We need someone who is an expert in our processes and products, with the ability to see things from a customer perspective. Your tasks will include coordinating, driving, and developing relationships with customers in quality-related matters. You will also be responsible for educating and coaching colleagues in problem-solving methods and tools. You will report to the Quality Manager in Köping.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with previous experience in quality work. You should have the ability to translate your knowledge of quality development into value-creating results for the company. A high school diploma with a focus on quality technology or equivalent, or extensive experience in quality work, is required. You should also be fluent in both Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking.

We're looking for someone who is social, driven, and empathetic. You should enjoy working in cross-functional project teams, both as a project leader and as a team member, to improve our operations. You should have good problem-solving skills and remain calm in stressful situations.
