About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Coor Service Management. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and processes
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with customer service software and systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
