About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Coor Service Management. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with customer service software and systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
