About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent through recruitment, succession planning, and continuous development of associates.
  • Foster a high-performance, engaged team culture by leading with inclusivity and role modeling the Five Principles of Mars.
Requirements
  • University or college degree or +5 years in Field sales with Team Leadership.
  • Fluent in native language (Swedish) and fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Office Packages: PPT, Excel to create presentations and perform weekly analysis.
  • People management experience.
  • Availability to travel 60% of the time is needed.
