
Senior Commercial Leader

Kraft Heinz is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our commercial efforts in the Nordic region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities- Distributor Management: Oversee our distributor partnerships in Finland and Iceland, ensuring effective management and identifying opportunities for growth.
- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Sweden, leveraging whitespace opportunities to drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.
- Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and enhance business performance.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or a related field, preferably within FMCG or retail.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English language skills, with additional languages being an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
