Become a key player in driving commercial growth at Brite AB, a pioneering fintech company in Europe. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional buying experiences.

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and achieving ambitious targets with enterprise merchants in the Baltics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of merchant needs and payment challenges, as well as the ability to tailor Brite's solutions to meet their specific requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a payments, fintech, or banking leader
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, multi-threaded sales, and value selling
  • Experience selling to enterprise merchants
  • The ability to outbound themselves in an efficient and scalable manner
  • Diligence with forecasting, data, and pricing
  • Experience with commercial tooling, such as Salesforce
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
