Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Rasulson Consulting AB. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the development agenda for fulfillment operations, ensuring efficient consumer-centric order fulfillment, logistics, and return processes.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to commercial growth. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize logistics flows, warehouse processes, and consumer return handling to enhance operational efficiency and improve the consumer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the development of fulfillment capabilities aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure smooth development and implementation.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage epics and initiatives, tracking progress and aligning efforts with key stakeholders.
  • Optimize logistics flows, warehouse processes, and consumer return handling to enhance operational efficiency and improve the consumer experience.
  • Communicate development plans, progress, and challenges effectively to internal stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with local and regional markets to drive unified and scalable fulfillment solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner, with a focus on product development and commercial platforms.
  • A deep understanding of modern product management practices, such as Scrum, product roadmaps, product discovery, and OKRs.
  • Experience in D2C fulfillment processes, including order management, consumer logistics, and return flows.
  • Knowledge of the digital product lifecycle and high-level software architecture.
  • Excellent prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business perspectives.
  • A consumer-focused mindset, using data and consumer feedback to drive continuous improvements and develop automated, scalable solutions.
