Customs Management Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customs Experts, Tech Leads, Business Analysts, and Testers. You will prioritize tasks and ensure a customer-focused approach while aligning business needs with development efforts.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in multi-cultural, multi-sourced environments and strong stakeholder management skills. They should also have knowledge of both resource and SaaS deliveries, as well as deep understanding of logistics industry trends, customer segments, and the market.
As a Product Owner for Customs Nordic, you will be responsible for managing capacity, roadmaps, and budgets, including financial follow-up. You will oversee AM, LCM, and supplier involvement in incidents and problems, and ensure service requests, infrastructure, operations, licenses, and development align with Total cost of ownership (TCO).
We believe you have excellent leadership abilities, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills in English and Swedish.
