Sales Coordinator for Emirates

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide local marketing support and coordination to the corporate communications, marketing, and brand team in Dubai, including brief process support, campaign planning, and communication with trade and other partners.
  • Develop and prepare sales materials, images, PowerPoint templates, and videos to support sales efforts.
  • Review and coordinate press releases from the PR agency to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Organize and manage events and business promotion activities, including sponsorship, joint workshops, and CRM management.
  • Manage give-away stock, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Compose prize winner letters as requested by sales executives or managers.
  • Maintain contact lists to ensure trade-related databases are up-to-date.
  • Generate reports from Salesforce as required and assist with Skywards queries.
  • Coordinate with HO and Nordic CASA contact, and manage ARN cases with relevant parties.
  • Arrange hotel reservations for guests arriving in Sweden.
  • Manage local office suppliers and provide administrative support to the Country Manager, Finance Manager, and commercial team as needed.
  • Handle BSP tasks, such as refunds and ADA/ADM/ACM handling.

Requirements

  • Educated to "A" (Advanced) level.
  • Proficient user of MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and social media, with knowledge of Salesforce advantageous.
  • Good working knowledge of Leisure, Consolidator, and Corporate markets.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in Sweden.
