Sales Development Representative

EF Education First Gruppe is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our Nordic Sales Team in Stockholm. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral
- Sales experience and/or a great interest in learning proactive sales
- Team spirit combined with being competitive and results-oriented
- Leadership abilities
- Experience of studying, working, or extensive traveling abroad
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
