Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls from consumer cardmembers with overdue or delinquent accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering custom solutions, consultative assistance, and first contact resolution to resolve their issues.
- Deliver exceptional service while responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems.
- Make informed decisions based on risk assessment and customer profiles.
- Gain commitment from customers to make payments on their overdue accounts and enable them to spend on their American Express card.
- Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Document key information and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Proficient in Finnish, Swedish, and English verbal and written communication.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Confidence in handling challenging customer situations.
