Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls from consumer card members with overdue or delinquent accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering personalized solutions, consultative assistance, and first contact resolution to achieve a positive outcome for both the customer and American Express.
- Deliver best-in-class service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Make informed decisions based on risk assessment and customer profile.
- Gain commitment from customers to make payments on their overdue accounts and enable them to spend on their American Express card.
- Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Document key information and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in both Swedish and English, verbal and written. Norwegian or Finnish language skills are an advantage.
- Based in the Stockholm area, with a hybrid work arrangement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Confidence in handling challenging customer situations.
