Lagotto Executive Search & Interim AB is collaborating with NORNORM to fill this exciting Market Lead position in Norway. This role offers a unique opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial professional to shape our market presence and growth in the Oslo region.
As the Market Lead for Norway, you will play a pivotal role in building our foundation in Oslo and leading the charge for market expansion. You will engage and build client relationships and strategic initiatives to establish and expand our footprint in Norway. Your focus will be on opening this new market and securing growth, with support from the Nordic region based in Stockholm.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to establish a strong and sustainable presence in the Oslo market.
- Engage and build client relationships, negotiate and close high-impact deals.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory developments to adjust strategies effectively.
- Oversee daily operations, aligning with the company's long-term strategy and supporting regional initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the Norwegian budget and P&L.
- Work closely with Nordic region and global teams to share best practices and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
What we're looking for in a candidate includes:
- Proven background in sales, client engagement or commercial roles, preferably in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a founder's mentality and a passion for achieving results.
- Fluent English and proficiency in Norwegian is essential.
- Dynamic, resilient and adaptable, with a competitive mindset and strong organizational skills.
