About the role

We're looking for a skilled Control Systems Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Traction Control department, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers working on the verification and validation of traction control software functionality.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10 engineers in the development of test processes, methods, and techniques.
  • Provide and maintain "Hardware in the loop" real-time simulators for our control systems.
  • Drive test competency as a profession.
  • Work closely with teams across the business, such as control and system departments.

About you

We value passion and attitude over experience. You should have a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Robotics, or equivalent, and multiple years of technical and managerial experience.
