Industrial Controller

At Alstom, we're seeking a skilled Industrial Controller to join our team in Vasteras, Sweden. As a key member of our operations finance team, you'll play a crucial role in driving cost management and productivity initiatives across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate budgeting and monthly reporting activities for Operations Métiers/Functions, ensuring accurate financial data and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Maintain associated scorecards, reconciling financials with operations KPIs and working with Operations to improve financial reliability.
- Ensure Industrial, Supply Chain, and Procurement function costs align with site commitments, driving cost savings and efficiency.
- Lead Hourly rates/Coefficient orchestration activities, ensuring accurate recovery and utilization-occupancy management.
- Co-drive hard inventory valuation and action plans with Site management, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in monthly closing activities, including inventories and work orders, ensuring accurate financial data.
- Support external audit processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ensure Operations Finance Standards are consistently applied across the business, driving financial excellence.
About You
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. You'll have experience or understanding of industrial controlling, cost management, and productivity initiatives, as well as knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and standard price calculation.
