Your Future Role
As a Manager Traction Control Products, you'll lead a team of 18 engineers working on traction control products and its functionality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing team management tasks, maintaining close contact with team members, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, and salary reviews.
- Participating in the Traction Control department leadership team to discuss visions, strategies, and continuous improvement.
- Managing the product organization handled by the department.
- Collaborating with technical project leaders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Developing and maintaining relevant competency and skills in the team.
We're Looking for You
We value passion, attitude, and experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Robotics, or equivalent.
- Multiple years of technical and managerial experience.
- A genuine interest in coaching, supporting, and developing team members.
- The ability and interest in leading, developing, and challenging the organization.
- Knowledge of software safety (IEC61508, ISO26262, etc.) and/or experience from rail applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applying agile methods for software development.
- Fluent in Swedish and English at a business level.
