Product Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team in Västerås. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Traction Electronics portfolio, which consists of products for traction control. You will work closely with teams across the business, communicate with stakeholders, and define, deploy, and govern the strategy and roadmap of the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product roadmap, including lifecycle status management, defining new developments projects, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Scope management in line with Solution Strategy.
- Manage all Product data information.
- Responsible for product quality and performance.
- Support Project, Tender teams with product knowledge.
About You
We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need a technical degree or equivalent, at least 2/3 years' experience in System/product Engineering or product management in digital/railway/automotive/aircraft, and an engineering background including product deployment full lifecycle view.
