Sales and Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a Senior Energy Industry Sales Professional to join our team at Prysmian Group, the world leader in energy and telecom cable systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the Swedish industry.
You will have a primary focus on selling energy cables for infrastructure, industrial, and renewable projects, identifying opportunities, connecting with new customers, and helping increase our market share. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, building a strong project pipeline for mid- and long-term business growth, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, conducting competitor analyses, and gathering market intelligence.
