We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented professional to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team as a Territory Sales Manager in Sweden.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in key account management and sales performance within the medical device sector. You will be part of a highly skilled team of eight professionals.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Propelling CRM market expansion and enhancing market share within your designated territory, fostering robust collaboration with essential stakeholders.
- Cultivating enduring business relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the procurement process.
- Assisting in the marketing and sales efforts for the launch and market introduction of innovative products and therapies through clinical insights and contributions to promotional materials.
- Providing education to relevant hospital personnel on Medtronic offerings, utilizing resources efficiently.
- Keeping abreast of new products, technologies, market trends, and sales methodologies while honing essential professional selling skills through the company's development programs.
- Conducting market analysis, formulating effective territory/account sales strategies, and presenting these strategies to management for approval.
- Initiating and leading activities that enhance and fortify professional networks, such as optimizing patient care pathways and collaborating with various medical departments.
Essential Qualifications
• A degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with the national and local healthcare systems
• Proficiency in identifying and responding to market opportunities and challenges
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Proficient in the MS Office suite
• Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in optimizing tender management
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the medtech industry
• Comprehensive understanding of the Swedish healthcare landscape
• Relevant experience in the medical field
