Responsibilities:- Manage the financial planning and analysis function, providing critical insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational corporation
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (e.g., MBA)
- CPA certification or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
