Ejendals is an international company that for generations has specialized in developing, manufacturing and marketing high-quality products that protect hands and feet. In close collaboration with researchers and our customers, we design products that deliver the highest standard of protection, durability and ergonomics. What we sell is a complete safety concept, which aims to reduce accidents through quality products, education and safety inspections. From our corporate head office in Leksand, Sweden, we envision a safer day with zero injuries to hands and feet. Ejendals has about 450 employees located in over 30 countries.
Main tasks
As Regional Sales Director Sweden, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and expanding Ejendals’ business in Sweden, ensuring profitability, customer engagement, and market growth.
Your main responsibilities:
1. Ensure efficient and profitable planning and delivery of sales strategies, lead and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
2. Manage and integrate efficiently new business into Sweden and excel the overall business performance
3. Manage effective internal communication within the function and intra-connected to support functions
4. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation and success. Lead by example in professionalism and create proactivity within the function.
5. Plan and participate in strategic business negotiations and deals
6. Act as a member of the international commercial leadership team and contribute to setting a strategic direction for commercial growth
7. Be responsible for the long-term strategy and business planning and take full ownership for the region's profitability and growth
Experience and qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
1. Genuine experience in sales leadership, primarily in B2B industries
2. Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and empower teams
4. Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach
5. Experience managing a P&L in a competitive market
6. Fluency in Swedish and English
