Om rollen

I denna roll ansvarar du för direktförsäljning av reklam- och exponeringslösningar inom TV-sport och digital media. Med en årlig budget på 30M SEK kommer du att spela en central roll i att utveckla och implementera försäljningsstrategier för att maximera intäkterna och stärka företagets position på marknaden.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

Utveckla och genomföra strategiska säljplaner för att överträffa intäktsmål.

Driva direktförsäljning mot nyckelkunder inom media och bettingbranschen.

Bygga och vårda långsiktiga kundrelationer för att säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet och lojalitet.

Identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter och expandera marknadsandelar.

Förhandla och stänga högvärdesavtal med mediepartners och annonsörer.

Samarbeta med interna team för att säkerställa en smidig genomföring av reklamkampanjer.

Hålla dig uppdaterad om branschtrender, marknadsrörelser och konkurrentaktiviteter.

Vi söker dig som:

? Har en bevisad framgång inom försäljning, helst inom media, sportreklam eller digital marknadsföring.

? Har erfarenhet av att hantera och överträffa försäljningsbudgetar på 30M SEK eller mer.

? Har ett starkt nätverk inom media- och spelindustrin, särskilt inom TV, streaming och gaming.

? Är en skicklig förhandlare och en utmärkt kommunikatör.

? Är självgående och resultatorienterad i en snabbrörlig och dynamisk miljö.

? Behärskar svenska och engelska flytande, både i tal och skrift.

? Har god analytisk förmåga och en datadriven approach till försäljning.
