Social Media Manager

We are looking for a driven Social Media Manager to join our Global Marketing and Communications team in Stockholm. You will play a vital role in J.Lindeberg's journey to becoming the most desirable fashion and sportswear brand, leading the development and execution of our global social media strategy. This is a full-time position, reporting to Global Head of Marketing & Communications.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, manage, and monitor J.Lindeberg's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and marketing effectiveness, in a brand and business right way. The focus is on organic marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and execute strategies for all J.Lindeberg's social media channels in alignment with the brand strategy.
- Manage the social editorial calendar and posting schedule based on the activation calendar.
- Create, format, edit, publish, and share daily content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone, including crafting engaging captions.
- Develop and oversee social media activations to boost awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create holistic and effective 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- Brief Content Team of content that is needed for social media channels (adapted content for social media based on Insights).
- Adjust content strategies for platform-specific optimization.
- Ability to film, edit and cut videos on tools such as CapCut or any other video editing tools.
- Propose and oversee the production of new social media content in the in-house studio, working alongside Studio and Content team.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with digital agencies.
- Establish measurable goals and KPIs for campaigns and activations, track performance, and report on ROI, including community growth and engagement analytics.
- Engage actively with followers to foster a strong online community by responding to feedback, messages, and comments, as well as initiating conversations on platforms.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to enhance performance marketing and align on content and caption for social media, and deliver content for TikTok campaigns.
- Partner with the PR team to manage social activations around brand ambassadors, tournaments, and events.
- Identify and brief creators for social content on TikTok and Instagram, managing agreements and ensuring content meets brand guidelines and expectations.
- Work with distributors in Korea and South East Asia and provide social media guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations, including technologies like AI.

- Marketing & Communications Department – Content Team, PR, Studio
- Digital Marketing Manager (responsible for paid social media advertising/performance marketing within the E-Commerce department)
- Sales Channels – Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the lifestyle, fashion, or sports apparel industry.
- Relevant educational background.
- Proven track record of planning and executing highly effective social media activations.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative and original ideas.
- Solid commercial acumen, analytical skills and full understanding of relevant KPIs.
- Skilled in capturing video and film, editing with video editing tools, and having basic knowledge of Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- A deep understanding of trends and a genuine passion for social media, fashion, and sports apparel.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Effective time and project management abilities, with the capacity to multitask.
