Naty is seeking a Social Media & Content Creator to join our Marketing team in Stockholm

About The Role

As a key player, you will drive brand awareness, secure high consumer engagement, and help make Naty's biobased products the preferred choice globally. This role centers on managing social media channels, crafting impactful content, and building a vibrant community. You will also coordinate the website/Direct-to-Consumer platform and ensure seamless integration of assets across all consumer touchpoints. If you're a creative, organized self-starter with a passion for sustainability, you'll thrive in this dynamic and fast-paced environment. Collaboration with the Marketing team, cross-functional colleagues, and external agency partners will be essential to your success.

You will join an energetic workplace with a warm and caring culture, with the office located in beautiful premises on Södermalm in central Stockholm. You will report to Global Marketing Director. We have a flexible working method and apply a hybrid workplace based on the needs of the business.

About You

To succeed in the role we believe you have:

  • Around 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Skills in Canva and video editing tools; Adobe Creative meriting.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Strong copywriting skills to create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media and blog.
  • Experience with community building and/or influencer marketing.
  • Experience in website and/or e-commerce platforms, with the ability to manage ticketing systems and coordinate with developers.
  • Creative yet detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and comfortable using AI tools, with a curious approach to adopting new technologies.
  • Interest in sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Fluent in English, Swedish beneficial.
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus.
