Join Hale - Leading the Future of Breathwork
Hale is a startup transforming the way people breathe with high-quality, scientifically-backed breathwork solutions that are already making an impact in the market. Our subscription-based app, digital courses, wellness studio licensing, and pop-up retreats provide multiple entry points for customers, making our offering accessible and compelling. With a proven concept and growing demand, we are now expanding, and we need a Head of Sales to accelerate this momentum and scale our reach.
Your Mission:
As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales operation that accelerates Hale’s revenue growth through:
- App subscriptions (B2C)
- Studio licensing and partnerships (B2B)
- Breath Guide Training sales (B2B2C)
- Corporate wellness and new business verticals
This role is critical in expanding Hale’s international presence and ensuring breathwork becomes a core part of people’s daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution – Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy that drives growth in app subscriptions, studio licensing, and breath guide training.
- Studio Licensing and Partnerships (B2B) – Build relationships with premium wellness studios, positioning Hale as the go-to breathwork licensing solution.
- App Subscription Growth (B2C) – Work closely with marketing to optimize customer acquisition and conversion strategies for app subscriptions.
- Corporate Sales and New Verticals – Identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
- Sales Team Leadership and Hiring – Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team to execute the go-to-market strategy effectively.
- Revenue and Performance Analytics – Track key sales metrics, optimize conversion rates, and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- International Expansion – Expand Hale’s reach across the EU, Norway, and UK, with a focus on launching into new high-value markets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven sales leadership experience in a high-growth startup or wellness/technology company.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, ideally in licensing, SaaS, digital wellness, or subscription-based businesses.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and scale sales operations from the ground up.
- Data-driven approach—understanding of key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and retention, with the ability to optimize for sustainable growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to challenges and opportunities.
- Passion for good products, and creating transformative user experiences.
