As we continue our journey and drive innovation in the energy field, we are now looking for a dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our CRM department

The role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you play a key role in keeping our Salesforce platform running smoothly. You work closely with different departments to make sure Salesforce is configured to meet business needs and help users get the most out of the system. You'll have a lot of freedom and responsibility, and the chance to work in dialogue with many different parts of our business. It's a great opportunity to collaborate with various teams. There are also many areas to explore, and you can take the chance to lead projects based on your own interests.

You will report directly to our Head of Group CRM , Jonny Karlsson.

Responsibilities

- Manage and support Salesforce users – create accounts, assign permissions, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure data integrity by managing duplicates, enforcing validation rules, and maintaining clean records.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide teams with relevant insights.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce – update page layouts, fields, and workflows to improve usability.
- Automate processes using Flows to streamline daily operations.
- Train and support users by providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting common issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, customer service, and other teams to refine Salesforce processes.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce updates and proactively suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.

You're eager to solve problems, streamline processes, and help teams make the most of Salesforce.

- 1-2 years' experience working with Salesforce.
- Comfortable with user management, creating reports, and building dashboards.
- Basic understanding of data management (e.g., de-duplication and validation rules).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus).

Nice to Have:

- Experience with automation tools like Flows or Process Builder.
- Knowledge of Salesforce features like Field Service or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with integrations or third-party tools.
