Welcome to Scrive, where collaboration and innovation thrive We're seeking a Business Operations Developer to join our Revenue Operations team.

This role involves managing and maintaining our billing processes, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, PE Accounting, and our product's backend. You'll own and develop two critical middlewares that automate our billing and related processes.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Middleware Management: Develop, manage, and continually enhance the integration middlewares between Salesforce, PE, and our product's backend to retrieve usage data and ensure accurate billing.

  • Billing Processes: Oversee billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.

  • Salesforce Development: Take ownership of Salesforce development and administer tasks related to Salesforce, focusing on Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing modules).

  • Solution Architecture: Design the architectural framework of business applications, including middlewares, integrations, and Salesforce code base, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across our application landscape.

  • Custom Integration: Develop custom system integrations when standard solutions don't meet requirements, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues related to billing, integrations, and system performance.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of billing processes, system configurations, and integration workflows.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing system integrations/middlewares.

  • Proficiency in at least a few programming languages, such as JavaScript, Java, C#, SQL, and/or Python.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing processes and system integrations.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Permanent EU residency.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with ERPs/Accounting systems, billing processes, and accounting, having built similar integrations and middlewares before is highly desirable.

  • Experience with Salesforce development (APEX) and administration is beneficial but not required.
