Som Head of Sales för den nordiska regionen ansvarar du för försäljningsavdelningen och har ett nära samarbete med vår General Manager. Försäljningsavdelningen består idag av åtta duktiga medarbetare som är placerade på våra kontor runt om i Sverige.
Målet med din roll är att skapa en mer strukturerad och effektiv försäljningsorganisation som är bättre rustad att nå sina mål och därigenom maximera intäkterna. Du som försäljningschef förväntas därför använda dig av och implementera olika passande KPIer och andra styrmedel för att skapa en effektivare och mer motiverad säljorganisation.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Leda, coacha och utveckla försäljningsteamet för att nå uppsatta mål
Följa upp och analysera arbetet genom KPIer och andra styrmedel
Skapa och implementera effektiva processer och rutiner för kontinuerlig förbättring och tillväxt
Säkerställa att teamet har både rätt förutsättningar och ställs inför rätt förväntningar
I rollen ingår visst arbete med att ta fram strategiska partnerskap med kunder som finns inom fastighetssektorn. Arbetet sker med moderna CRM-verktyg.
Rollen som Head of Sales innebär även ett nära samarbete med marknadsavdelningen för att ge input till bolagets marknadsföringsplan.
Vi söker dig som har:
- arbetat som säljare och säljchef under några år
- en relevant utbildning inom försäljning
- ett brinnande intresse för ledarskap och coachning
- en förmåga att engagera teamet och skapa förutsättningar för produktivitet och välmående
- erfarenhet av att arbeta med budget, sätta mål, följa upp och analysera resultat
- ett stort intresse av att omvärldsbevaka kring vår produktkatalog, inom bl.a. BIM och fastighetsförvaltning
- ett intresse för marknadsföring, med tyngdpunkt digital sådan
Meriterande: Erfarenhet från fastighetsbranschen, vilket ger en djupare förståelse för våra kunders specifika processer och behov
