Om rollen
Som Technical Customer Success på Grafokett ingår du i ett sammansvetsat team där alla samarbetar för att säkerställa en framgångsrik leverans av Grafoketts lösningar. Ditt främsta ansvar i denna roll är kundnöjdhet, leverans av tekniska lösningar samt support med fokus på low-code/no-code-plattformar för att skapa applikationer och lösningar för datorer, tablets och smartphones.
Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden ????
I rollen som Technical Customer Success deltar du i hela leveransprocessen från behovsanalys till driftsättning vilket kräver teknisk expertis. Det innebär bland annat att delta i kundmöten för att identifiera behov och möjligheter till förbättringar såväl som att hantera och följa upp supportärenden. Rollen innebär att du säkerställer hög kundnöjdhet genom proaktiv support, uppföljning och teknisk vägledning.
Du kommer även att:
-
delta i kundmöten för att identifiera behov och möjligheter till förbättringar.
-
arbeta med low-code/no-code-plattformar för att skapa skräddarsydda lösningar för kundbehov.
-
konfigurera och implementera system för lagerhantering och integrationer.
-
medverka i tekniska demonstrationer och behovsanalyser tillsammans med säljteamet
-
stötta säljprocessen genom att presentera tekniska lösningar och bidra med offertunderlag.
Kompetenskrav:
-
erfarenhet av B2B-kundhantering, gärna i en teknisk miljö.
-
teknisk förståelse för low-code/no-code-plattformar och lösningsutveckling.
-
grundläggande kunskap inom programmering, systemdesign, databaser och molnsystem.
-
erfarenhet av att nyttja AI-lösningar för effektivisering och problemlösning.
Det är meriterande om du har:
-
erfarenhet av VB/Python-skript, JavaScript och HTML.
-
kunskap om system för lagerhantering och integrationer.
-
förmåga att kommunicera teknisk information på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt.
-
erfarenhet av projektledning och arbete med agila metoder.
