At Firefly, we develop and sell fire prevention solutions that help industries minimize fire risks. To strengthen our Sales Division, we are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team. Based at our headquarters in Stockholm, you will play a key role in growing our presence in Benelux, working with both new and existing customers.

To be successful in your role, we see that you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in technical sales or a similar role
  • A strong technical interest and ability to understand complex solutions
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)

It is also an advantage if you have:

  • Experience selling technical solutions in the process industry
  • Previous work with distributors and partner networks
  • Experience with fire prevention solutions
  • A background in international sales and working across different markets

About the role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships.

Your work will include:

  • Managing sales of tailor-made fire prevention systems
  • Developing and expanding new and existing business
  • Working closely with our Sales Division and the distributor in Benelux
  • Participating in trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
  • Travelling approximately 50-70 days per year, mainly to Benelux
