Om RollenSom Senior Technical Account Manager blir du en central del av våra kunders IT-resor. Du tar ett helhetsansvar för kundens IT-miljö och agerar som deras förlängda arm inom IT-frågor.
Utöver att stötta befintliga kunder får du även en nyckelroll i att onboarda nya kunder till Videnca, vilket innebär att du leder integrationsprocesser och fungerar som teknisk projektledare.
Dina Huvudsakliga Arbetsuppgifter- Fungera som kundens IT-chef, sätta dig in i deras IT-utmaningar och föreslå lösningar baserade på Videncas tjänster och system.
- Godkänna nyförsäljning och omfattande förändringar i kundens IT-miljö.
- Ta tekniskt ansvar för alla förändringar som utförs för kundens räkning och säkerställa att de implementeras framgångsrikt.
- Agera rådgivare och kontaktperson för tekniska frågor och lösningar hos kunden.
- Ansvara för onboarding av nya kunder, inklusive projektledning och teknisk rådgivning under processen.
- Delta i tidiga skeden av förhandlingar med nya kunder och bidra som sakkunnig i teknikfrågor kopplade till avtal.
Du kommer också arbeta nära både kundens och Videncas team för att säkerställa att kundens IT-miljö är optimerad och uppfyller deras behov på bästa möjliga sätt.

Vi söker dig som har en kombination av teknisk expertis och affärsmässighet. Du trivs med att arbeta nära kunder, är lösningsorienterad och har en naturlig pondus i både tekniska och strategiska diskussioner.
- Gedigen erfarenhet av teknisk rådgivning, projektledning eller en liknande roll, gärna inom IT-infrastruktur eller säkerhet.
- Förmåga att förstå och hantera komplexa IT-miljöer.
- Mycket god förståelse för tekniska lösningar, arkitektur och integration.
- Erfarenhet av att delta i förhandlingar och bidra med teknisk expertis.
- God kommunikationsförmåga och förmågan att förklara tekniska lösningar på ett pedagogiskt sätt.
Meriterande är:
- Erfarenhet av säkerhetsklassade miljöer eller arbete med samhällskritiska funktioner.
- Certifieringar inom IT-arkitektur eller projektledning (t.ex. TOGAF, PMP).
- Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med onboarding av kunder eller som IT-arkitekt.
För rollen krävs B-körkort samt mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Observera att tjänsten är säkerhetsklassad, vilket innebär att en säkerhetsprövning kommer att genomföras enligt säkerhetsskyddslagen.
