Skyresponse säkerställer under högsta möjliga tillgänglighet att åtgärder alltid når rätt personer, maskiner eller system genom en konfigurerbar larmregelmotor där våra kunder själva anpassar systemet efter sina behov.
Alla tjänster är molnbaserade, fullt skalbara och globalt tillgängliga. Via våra öppna APIer tillåter vi våra partners att snabbt integrera nya enheter för larm, utbyta information och data till andra plattformar. Via vårt ekosystem möjliggör vi för partners att enklare bygga egna tjänster. Lösningen är den snabbast växande plattformen i Norden för trygghetslarm och bolaget har börjat sin internationella tillväxtresa. Skyresponse arbetar just nu med mer än 15 kanalpartners i 9 länder och har cirka 700 företag och organisationer som använder företagets tjänster vilket genererar mer än 14 miljoner larm och händelser varje månad runt om i Europa. Våra kontor i Sverige är belägna i Stockholm och Luleå, vi har även kontor i Ukraina och Storbritannien.
Om tjänsten:Som Customer Success Manager hos Skyresponse kommer du att vara en viktig medlem i Customer Success teamet. Vi är teamet som tar hand om våra större kunder från att vi tar dem ombord i vår plattform och många år framåt. Tillsammans hjälper vi våra kunder att nyttja vår plattform på bästa sätt. Vi utökar vårt team och söker nu en driven och tekniskt intresserad Customer Success Manager som vill vara en nyckelspelare i vår organisation.
Du kommer att ansvara för att säkerställa att våra partners snabbt når värde med våra produkter genom att skapa långsiktiga och framgångsrika partnerskap. Om du vill vara en del av ett dynamiskt team och arbeta med spännande utmaningar inom Customer Success, är detta jobbet för dig
I denna roll kommer du att vara ansvarig för att säkerställa leverans av värde till våra partners, genom att ombordställa nya partners, utbilda och kontinuerligt utveckla deras användning av Skyresponse-plattformen. Du kommer också att hålla regelbundna operativa möten samt erbjuda proaktiv support för att maximera värde för våra kunder.
Som en nyckelperson i vårt team kommer du att agera som en bro mellan försäljning och support, samtidigt som du håller våra partners engagerade och lojala. Din förmåga att vara tekniskt orienterad, hantera kunder effektivt och hitta lösningar på problem kommer att vara avgörande för din framgång i rollen. Vi söker dig som är handlingskraftig, resultatorienterad och alltid strävar efter att förbättra våra interna processer.
