Marketing Director - RSV Clesrovimab

The Marketing Director for RSV Clesrovimab plays a vital role in the HHI PCV and RSV franchise team, specifically focusing on the launch and global brand strategy implementation for Clesrovimab. The primary goal is to accelerate RSV pediatric prevention across HHI countries and regions, making RSV prevention for infants more accessible and breaking the seasonal norms associated with the disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute activation strategies to ensure successful market engagement.
  • Support markets in simplifying the prevention journey through tangible activities.
  • Prepare markets for competitive launch strategies by leading market workshops and implementing commercial plans.

Launch Readiness and Execution:

  • Standardize launch plans across Company markets and regions.
  • Collaborate with key markets to ensure successful launch activities are in place.
  • Provide support in healthcare professional and consumer-directed campaigns.
  • Foster alignment across teams to drive uptake of Clesrovimab.
  • Contribute to tracking commercial activities and progress through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

  • Collaborate within HHI, global teams, stakeholders, and key markets.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required), Master's Degree (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' commercial experience in marketing, product management, or market access.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of HCP and consumer marketing.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively.
  • Proven ability to drive results ethically.
