Job Description

Job Summary: The Director of PCV International Marketing Lead – Adults V116 will play a vital role in supporting the HHI PCV team to execute launch efforts for the pneumococcal adult conjugate vaccine (PCV) globally. This individual will drive acceleration of the adult PCV vaccine franchise across HHI countries, ensuring a successful launch in key markets.

  • Responsible for Market Engagement:
    • Develop activation enablement strategy and collaborate with Global-Regional-Local markets.
    • Support markets in bridging vaccination ecosystem gaps and preparing for competition.
    • Contribute insights for disease awareness campaigns and target audience channel mix.
  • Lead Launch Readiness and Execution:
    • Standardize launch plans across Company markets for PCV adults.
    • Ensure commercial activities are in place for a successful launch.
    • Drive alignment across teams and track progress with OKRs.
  • Demonstrate Leadership Excellence:
    • Build relationships across the enterprise and collaborate effectively.
    • Embrace Agile methodologies and champion diversity and inclusion.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required), Master's Degree (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial functions including marketing and product management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of vaccination delivery systems.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate data effectively.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise working with launch brands and using analytics for optimization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and self-motivated approach.
