Riddermark Bil är Sveriges största och snabbast växande marknadsplats för begagnade bilar. Idag består bolaget av ca 500 medarbetare i Sverige. Om Rollen
Vi söker nya kollegor till en utav våra mest expansiva enheter - Online Sales på avdelningen Outbound. Här ringer du utgående samtal till presumtiva kunder till Riddermark Bil. Via telefon kommer du att bearbeta ett stort antal kunder varje dag som på olika sätt varit i kontakt med Riddermark Bil men som ännu inte hittat sin drömbil. Din uppgift är att på ett konsultativt sätt guida dessa kunder till den rätta bilen för dem.

För denna roll är det ett väldigt stort plus om du tidigare arbetat med tele-marketing eller liknande med telefon som huvudredskap.
Du behöver också vara intresserad av personlig utveckling då vi vill att alla medarbetare skall kunna klättra vidare inom företaget.

Bilförsäljning hos oss är modernt och kundfokuserat och affärerna görs lika enkelt och snabbt som noggrant och personligt. I rollen som bilförsäljare på Riddermark Bil arbetar du med bilaffärens alla steg, från första kundkontakt till leverans och eftervård. Riddermark Bil har Sveriges största utbud av begagnade bilar. Därför blir förmågan att kunna göra en relevant behovsanalys och snabbt skapa en relation med kunden avgörande. Som säljare hos oss jobbar du i team om 10-12 personer med en gruppchef som har till uppgift att leda gruppen mot tydliga gemensamma mål.
