We are looking for Sales Consultants to join our Sales team in Stockholm. In this role, you are given full responsibility for the entire sales process, from discovering new clients to negotiating and closing deals. You will be interacting daily with top decision-makers from various industries. You will work independently but along with the Sales team to manage your daily sales activities. If you are an ambitious, result-oriented, and sales-oriented person, this is the perfect career path for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Prospecting: performing daily cold calling and cold emailing to approach potential Swedish customers and booking sales meetings.
  • Network: establishing a network and relationships in Sweden.
  • Sales Meetings: leading customer meetings with sales presentations.
  • Product Analysis: identifying customer needs in online communications.
  • Negotiation and Closing: negotiating, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Implementation Support: supporting and training new customers during the implementation phase of our software products.
  • Collaboration: collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and customer support, to ensure smooth delivery and support for clients.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish for maintaining meaningful dialogues with customers.
  • Previous Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales-oriented environments, preferably within the SaaS industry, as well as retail, customer management, and project management. Alternatively, if you do not have Sales experience, your academic qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or related fields within Customer Management, is highly considerable.
  • Result-driven: A self-motivated individual with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth to reach your monthly and annual sales targets.
  • High Planning Skills: ownership of your daily work, which means working independently and knowing your sales targets and numbers.
  • Team Player: support your Sales team and seek guidance from your team members.
  • Open-minded: Drive to learn, develop, and grow professionally.

A salary model in which you can have a direct impact based on your daily sales work. The salary model is divided into 3 parts:

  1. Fixed Base Salary
  2. Sales Commissions
  3. Bonus
