Stockholm-based Sales Manager to continue Novicell's growth in the Swedish market

We are looking for an experienced and commercially oriented Sales Manager to help continue Novicell's growth in Sweden. Do you have the right experience from the digital consultancy world and an entrepreneurial spirit? Maybe you're the right person to take us to the next level in Stockholm. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

You will have over 330 great colleagues across 8 offices in 6 countries. Our offices are in London, Barcelona, Aarhus, Aalborg, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Oslo.

Your day-to-day tasks
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting of sales opportunities
  • Help to grow Novicell's local operations
  • Deal with customers and prepare proposals
  • Secure Novicell's growth in the Swedish market in collaboration with your colleagues from around Europe
  • Contribute to a strong culture based on Novicell's values of being "Flink & Flittig"
We expect that...
  • You have 2-4 years' experience in the Swedish digital agency world
  • You are a self-starter who's able to and enjoys working independently
  • You have a proven track record of selling web- and app solutions in a digital consultancy or agency environment
  • You are commercially minded while understanding the technical intricacies of driving digital businesses online
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • You have a mid-level to senior role in a digital agency or web/app development shop. Maybe as Sales Manager/director, Business Development Manager, Head of Growth, or something similar
  • You have an analytical and data-driven approach to your work
  • You are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
  • You like to work in an informal environment while maintaining a professional approach to partners and customers
