Role Overview

Are you a skilled sales professional with experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing? We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager who excels in establishing partnerships and driving business growth. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be tasked with expanding our affiliate network and boosting revenue streams in the Nordic region. Leveraging your industry expertise and extensive network, you will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Take charge of all sales activities in the Nordic region.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and foster company growth.
  • Manage all aspects of successful sales cycles.
  • Identify and onboard new business partners and agencies to grow the affiliate network and explore additional revenue streams.
  • Cultivate and strengthen business relationships through regular communication, consulting, and support to establish long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market and competitor activity, stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities in the affiliate marketing sector, to craft innovative sales approaches and gain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver comprehensive and customer-centric solutions.
  • Meet performance KPIs and sales objectives.
  • Maintain a focus on quality and make data-driven decisions to secure the right clients.

Your Profile

To thrive as a Senior Sales Manager, the following qualifications are essential:
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience and deep understanding of affiliate, partner, or performance marketing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and ecosystem, including common platforms, technologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in new business sales and meeting targets.
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in managing pipelines and sales processes using CRM systems.
As a person, you should embody:
  • Strong skills in relationship management and networking across different organizational levels, including C-level executives.
  • Driven, ambitious, and proactive, showcasing an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A cultural influencer and effective communicator with a keen awareness of its influence.
  • Data-driven, placing trust in the power of data and making well-informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
