As Regional Sales Manager you play an important role in our retail organization. Electrolux Home have two legs, our shop in Shop concept with 60 doors, and our franchise organisation with 27 stores around Sweden. In your role as Regional Sales manager you will work with both.

Your primary goal is to help, support and guide our franchisees with the resources and training needed to succeed in an ever-changing retail landscape.

It ́s your mission to help them to drive profitable sales. For that you need to be commercially skilled and be a people person, but also be strong analytically to understand and predict results. Committed to keep your focus on the long term-results your mission will be to make the most of our global organisation, brand and heritage in a franchise set-up.

In the role as Regional Sales Manager North you will be responsible for the franchises and shop in shops in the Northern part of Sweden, while out Regional Sales Manager South is responsible for the southern part. We expect that you will work closely with each other. Both reports directly to the Sales Manager, the whole Electrolux Home team consist today of ten people. The Electrolux Home organisation is based in our global headquarters in Stockholm.

In the role we expect you to travel frequently, visiting our franchises and shop in shops 3-4 times a week.

Your main tasks:

  • Lead and develop sales and profitability on Electrolux brands within Home & Shop for all our partners
  • Create a range tailored to consumer and store needs, to optimize our commercial offer driving sales and profitability for all stakeholders
  • Follow-up competition, analyze and share insights within the organizations as well as optimize width and depth of our range in line with concept and market potential
  • Contribute to build campaigns with relevant range, pricing and messaging and also set list and recommended price according to value proposition and our pricing governance process
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting franchisee relationships by developing close partnerships and by fully understanding their needs

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in a role with similar responsibilities, preferably from retail business
  • Good track record and a background in commercial roles, experience from white goods or kitchen is a plus
  • Experience of relationship building sales, (KAM) and sales substantiated by data and analytics
  • Experience of positions that demands analytical skills and solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in Swedish is a must. Very good command of English is required.
