Aon Solutions Sweden seeks a dynamic Talent & Data Solutions Consultant focused on sales and customer service.

Aon Talent & Data Solutions specializes in Human Capital Management services, emphasizing the development and protection of our clients' most valuable asset - their employees. Based in Stockholm, we are part of the global Aon Human Capital Solutions team. The Talent & Data Solutions Consultant will join a Nordic region-focused team.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Talent & Data Solutions Consultant will oversee client relationships and the delivery of Talent and Rewards solutions. They will also be instrumental in identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. The position involves managing various rewards-related projects to provide innovative solutions and contribute to the Human Capital Analytics (HCA) Nordic survey growth strategy, including enrolling new participants in salary surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored solutions in job analysis, evaluation, rewards philosophy, salary structure design, and more
  • Contribute to marketing materials like white papers and market insights
  • Engage in workshops, webinars, and other marketing activities
  • Participate in proposal processes, conducting necessary conversations for proposal delivery
  • Manage projects effectively while ensuring quality and profitability
  • Collaborate on cross-practice proposals and innovative client solutions
  • Identify new sales opportunities and support colleagues in various projects

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Human Resource
  • 2-3 years of experience in Rewards/ Compensation & Benefits
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and business writing skills
  • Project management proficiency and client service orientation
  • Ability to build relationships and work well in a team
  • Fluency in English and Swedish

This position is based in Sweden, specifically the greater Stockholm area.
